5 stars: I have used Hertz for over 30 years and rented vehicles twice monthly for business and 10 times a year for personal use. Any billing issues are resolved almost immediately on a phone call Yes Hertz as a company have had significant financial problems, over extending loans and inventory, questionable time frame for recovery still my opinion they still service customers better than competitors.
4 stars: This app makes renting a car so very easy. There are things that could be tweaked here and there to improve the ease of use. Overall its definitely worth using.
3 stars: Would be nice to know if any cars are available at a location before entering in all the infor just to be told nothing is available. Also if none are available at a location they should give you the nearest location that has vehicles.
5 stars: New features and visualization techniques are very helpful. App is even more intuitive and easy to use. Great addition to the gold level of service.
5 stars: Very easy to book rentals, better than the website. Not an app issue, but in general need to add ability to drop vehicles outside of open hours using key drop box.
3 stars: Edit- the app is functioning again. Unfortunately it was broken while I was traveling and actually wanted to to use it.
