3 stars: Works fine, but it's a little confusing with wayyyy too many options than what is required. All I want to do is book a meal, but there's a million other options that make the application look cluttered and unfriendly. It gets the job done, but UX really needs improvement.
3 stars: Booked a table through the app but there's no way to recall the booking and I didn't get the promised confirmation email (yes I checked my junk folder and I have been getting other emails in the meantime) with the booking reference. Seems like there's some issues with the email backend
5 stars: Easy to use app for booking tables. Menu will be on when pubs are open - which makes sense under the circumstances. Looking forward to using the app to order food and drink at our local pub. 😃
5 stars: Nicely done, good UX. Would be nice to have some photos of the menu, to be able to leave a tip(!) and maybe a call for service button, but difficult to improve on.
5 stars: Just a suggestion but digital vouchers and coupons. Entry unto a monthly raffle maun prize an overnight stay with a rewards system via the app for every single participation i.e. drinking. Food. Rooms. Event participation. Good behaviour. Regular attendance.
