5 stars: Reasonable price for both food and groceries than competitors. I like how fast the items are being delivered now. They have certainly improved. The apps is easy to use, although the search function could be easier and also setting up our favourites should be made simplier.
5 stars: I love that foodpanda has so many vouchers and even has a reward system when you complete challenges. I have saved so much more compared to when I was using Grab. But downside is that the delivery time is often not accurate.
4 stars: I usually buy groceries on food panda, especially when unexpectedly I need something at an odd hour. Its very convenient, the order comes quickly, deliveries are available even late at night, the quality of the groceries is good, and the delivery price is not excessive. I would prefer if there was more selection offered. A pharmacy would be nice too.
4 stars: The voucher system is kinda bait. They will let you apply the voucher even if you still haven't met the requirements but after meeting the requirements required, for example minimum 300 pesos, a message will pop-up that says only on specific days the voucher can be used. Some vouchers are good but some are not. Still, a good app if you want to buy stuff and get it delivered for you.
