5 stars: So far I haven't been able to even sign up because it won't allow me to click the button to accept Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. Clicking the box only opens T's & C's in a webpage with no clickable links. EDIT: I've got to give props to the Product and Customer Support teams! They responded super quick and got my issue resolved. Happy user AND investor!
4 stars: App is really nice I was able to create an account and a few posts but I am having an issue creating my category. Every time I do it crashes. Other than that I like the app.
4 stars: 3/11/2022 updated and now no one can hear me in the audio rooms. I have to yell. I love fanbase but these bugs are impacting my user experience in a frustrating way.
3 stars: They refuse to activate blocking feature, when blocking someone you only won't see their post but can still view their profile picture.
3 stars: The app would be great, but it there are glitches, it crashes often & I can't edit my category.
2 stars: I can't even sign up , it's not allowing any password I make to be approved. Its not allowing me to sign up
2 stars: The app could b better. I dont like how it crops pictures and videos when uploading from my phone. U cant post to fanbase+ unless the video on ur phone is more then 1 minute long but it still wont show up in app. U cant record in app for fanbase+. I cant upload videos from mu phone without it crashing and so far support cant figure out y. My app is fully updated.
