ExpressVPN: VPN Fast & Secure APK 10.79.0-beta

5 stars: Excellent VPN and does not appear to slow down apps. Recently I have experienced slowdowns. I often get too many responses messages and requests a captcha test. I assume the sites are responding to the VPN IP address. That's the one annoyance but must be related to all VPN services. Yikes, I changed Automatic to Lightway - UDP and it is very fast. One must assume it chose OpenVPN. Can we see the choice when set to automatic?
4 stars: Update review: I've been using this service for over a year now. The service has been good so far. It's a lot more stable, and faster than another service that I've used before I switched over. The price is higher than my old service but the speed and quality is worth it. As for this app, there had been a major update to it and it addressed my old concerns. Although it's still somewhat buggy. For example: I've been using
3 stars: When I started my subscription 3 years ago, using it in China was really good. In the past year, however, the quality across all the platforms I have been using it on has been terrible. Frequent disconnections, low speeds, or long outage periods where it won't connect at all. I will likely try out competitors at the end of this subscription cycle. It is so important to have a reliable connection here.
