Instructing users to uninstall and reinstall app, lose past messaging, to get keyboard carriage return working was not an option. Thx for fixing issues. Element works as expected. Thx
5 stars: Love the security of this app, especially when self-hosted. Attaching voice messages, images, videos, music suits all the needs that I have. This is way better than Google Hangouts or whatever they have replaced it with.
4 stars: The top of the screen is almost always blocked out with a message telling me an encryption upgrade is available. I click this, which is supposed to allow me to verify myself, and then the bottom third of the screen is blocked out by a
3 stars: My phone (Huawei ALE-L21, Android 6.0) crashes and does a full restart whenever I open the app. I've had this problem several times, have reinstalled the app five times already and still the problem happens anew. Otherwise good app that has achieved lots of progress in the last years, that could stand to be more customizable wrt to organization - e.g. I can't sort by people vs groups anymore.
