4 stars: It realy have all you nead for pracris of pranayama exept an extra timer for the mesuring the lenght of exercise. For example i start a program with 5in 20re 10ex and do it for 10 min for one weak, after streching and geting use to it, i ad 5min, and like that up tu 30 min. Then start 6in 24re 12ex and repeat exercise with building up the lenght of it up tu 30min gradualy. SO FOR THAT PROGRESS YOU NEAD TO HAVE ATIMER TO GROW IN YOURE PRACTICE. IF DEVELOPERS OF THIS APP MAKE THIS LITTLE ENPROVEMENT, THIS APP WILL BE THE BEST PRANAYAMA APP THERE IS. PLEASE UPGRADE IT. AND SOFTEN THE GUIDING SOUND.
