3 stars: During last months I could not watch if a taxi driver has accepted my request because only the route is displayed on the screen neither the driver nor the vehicle!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application but the problem remains!!
5 stars: Affordable rides compare to others. Excellent and responsive customer service. Rides are available within a couple of minutes. Left my camera in one of the taxis, emailed the customer service with the driver details, and the driver returned my items within 6 minutes!
5 stars: An unexpected prolonged stay in Athens needing transport after dark. The service was spot on, kind and pleasant drivers. The price quoted before pick up so you know exactly what the charge will be. Would highly recommend this service app.
5 stars: 2 taxi drivers in central Athens told because of closed roads it would cost 15 Euros to get back to our hotel - we knew it should be less than half that. I used Beat, and a driver was there in 2 minutes and took us straight to the hotel for 4. He was friendly and the cab was clean.
3 stars: UPDATE: the GPS location is not working. Can't tell when a taxi is coming and where it is (that is if you can find one) Very useful app to get a quick taxi. It is convenient to have the driver and car details. You can see the route and the estimate fare. And you can rate the drivers.
