A huge range of custom options and settings are available to play around with. While the nostalgia and novelty are initially fun, the lack of a player base means near constant bot matches and single-player content. Counter Strike 1.6: Half Life Mod also requires specific browsers and Unity plug-ins to work and can often encounter technical issues.
