4 stars: I've been using this ever since it came out and I haven't had a problem with delivery or purchasing. My only wish is that in the future if Canadian Dollars could be added since I would like to do bulk orders but its more expensive everytime it gets converted. It would be easier if we could have CAD.I'd also appreciate if we could purchase from a website too. Other than that, keep it up!
3 stars: I'm sure this would be an amazing app If I could actually order. I fill in all the required details but the checkmark for submit order doesn't turn blue and I cannot order my item. I accepted the terms and conditions and filled everything else in but I can't. Highly dissapointed.
3 stars: Wish there was a website instead of just an app, and a widget for Android would be nice too since widgets have been around forever \ud83d\ude2d CS doesnt answer questions properly and seems to pick pre made answers at random instead of reading your questions, and you can't reply to them once they answered, you have to create new ticket..
3 stars: Shipping Fee is crazy expensive. Most merch gets out of stock quicker than when it's uploaded. And takes forever to re-stock. Also, is it possible to add Canadian Currency.
3 stars: This is a cool app if you want BTS albums but there is only 3 groups you can buy from there is also no search bar so you can even look it up and see yourself. This app would be better if they had a wide selection of kpop groups.
