5 stars: Samsung Galaxy S8 on Android 9, with LEMFO Lem4 Pro smartwatch: I've been using the free version of Watch Droid for about a week. It's been working very well. As long as they're within bluetooth range, my watch and phone stay connected. If I happen to set the phone down and walk away, they will automatically reconnect when I return. 4 stars: Much better than the stock app, far better functionality, but missing a key feature... Caller ID!! Great flexibility on responding to messages through the watch with customisable templates and the standard keyboard, I like the ability to customise the app interface on the watch, maintains connection pretty well, but WHY NO CALLER ID?? In my opinion one of the main features that's missing. Fix and I'd say it's on its way to 5 stars.
4 stars: The best of all similar software for my Kospet Prime and a Xiaomi 9s phone. Did not disconnect once while in range, and reconnects fast when again in range. The officially recommended software does not stay connected, this one does. One caveat which explains why I gave 4, not 5 stars: Missing is the possibility to use the smartphone to enter text in the watch.
3 stars: Hi, brilliant app, there is a but, the only problem I've found is when you've finished with the notifications and you have cleared them from the watch it doesn't clear from your phone, is there a setting that I've missed out?.. or is just that I have clear
