5 stars: I don't normally post reviews, but this app is definitely worth the download. stable, runs smooth, huge reference for anyone looking to change it up from the gym. definitely shows you your weak areas, thought i was strong till I started using this app!!! Lol if you ever want to master muscle ups, Dragon flags, or other sub human movements, this is the place to start. great job guys
5 stars: This app changed my life! Great interface, video references, butt kickin workouts, and the best part is the inspiration you get from others in the social media aspect. Best of all it is free. There is a paid program if you want but you can definitely do without as well.

3 stars: Great workouts, but the exercises show out of order in the workout preview. Also you can't see the demo video for the warm ups once you've started the workout. I'd give 5 stars if those issues were fixed.
3 stars: Well designed app, but at my gym my connectivity is poor, so videos take minutes to load, which is frustrating. Please add an option to download all videos so I don't need to steam every time.
4 stars: No timer that follow you only one big time that start when you start but it do not separate the exercise is to you to count in your head and do math while you workout and sweat your life any basic app have proper timer that follow you step by step. Exercise are great.
