3 stars: Customer support for this service is a joke. Unfortunately there is no alternative to order from certain restaurants. The riders are usually nice and delivery times are good but you just can't get in touch with them when something goes wrong with the order.
3 stars: Frequent redirecting errors while using credit cards.
5 stars: Never been disappointed so far with this app. Always got delivered on time and delivery fees are cheaper than with Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Overall friendly UX and easy to use.

3 stars: This app was working well till few months now I think the gps tracker is no longer reflecting correct time . It says my food has arrived but the rider will come earlier. I have already complained on this . It has happened for my last 5 orders and is not connected to the restaurant but the gps seems wrong
