3 stars: Of course no directions. Is it effective without headphones ? What is b, a and how do i use them/ should i click on them ? Can i play one sound all day? Can i play all frequencies one after another? Can i set amount of time each one plays and can i do for example 10 minutes each round n round all day ? And finally why not offer these basic instructions???!!!
