5 stars: Used this when my chiro assigned excercise program for me. Was extremely easy to use and looks nice, works just fine too!
4 stars: This app is super helpful, though it would be really beneficial if there was a NEXT button available after completing a video exercise in full screen mode! It would also be nice to be able to rearrange the order the exercises are displayed and choose a drop down menu to set a loop for the number of times you need to do each exercise. Overall, I love the concept of this app so far!!!
5 stars: Video is more helpful than a paper illustration. The correct form is better performed with aiding videos.
3 stars: This app is a great idea and I like that it has videos of the exercises but there is no 'complete' button on the exercises. I tried it on my tablet and my phone but I can't mark and exercise as done so it can't track my progress.
