4 stars: 17/09/2021 ok na.. Nag improve na.. Nanttrack na kung nasan na yung food 16/11/2020App needs improvement. After placing the order and confirmed, there should be another stage in tracking your order like, your order is being prepared, your order is on its way, etc. See food pandas app. You'll get what i mean. It's kinda hard for me not to know where my order is and how long still it'll take to arrive.. Pls fix. Thank u. Suggestion lang po.
4 stars: The app is good. But sometimes there are glitches like the restaurant is open but they have nothing available. I would also want to point out the tracking, I hope there will be an improvement to be able to track if our orders are on the way. Anyways we are still satisfied in using it for emergencies. 3 stars: I wish that you guys could cut the time of our waiting time for our order to be delivered because i used this up before the other competitor came and i used that more because its faster.
3 stars: Slow.. I can open your competitor's app but here, it is crashing.
4 stars: I indicated on my placed order to bring change for Php1,000. The driver was pissed off and rude telling us we did not note it. There's a specification on the app whether the customer would pay the exact amount or to bring change. I just hope that the application really inform the drivers the specification on payment terms. If so, I hope the drivers employed would not be rude talking to customers.
