5 stars: One of the best workout apps that I have ever used. There are many different ways to personalize your workout including targeting specific areas of the body, changing the instructor, time frame, and breaks in between each set. New option to add equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands really make this a fantastic app. Would love to see compatibility to smart TV for better visual.
3 stars: no modifications, and level 1 is definitely not for beginners; I work out with HIIT and yoga and can at least do those movements. Two thirds of this basic level 1 workout I couldn't even get my body into the position, nevermind the movements to follow. Not pleased, especially when there are FREE appsout there that offer waaay more.
2 stars: Could be so much better. There's no description of the moves at the beginning of the workout, just a very short video clip of each one. So when the workout starts you spend a portion of time trying to figure out what to do (rather than actually doing it). There's no transition time between moves. Let's say it's a 20 second rep; you spend 5 - 10 seconds transitioning to the new move and maybe figuring out what to do.
