3 stars: When you tried to go to next following the step and it won't allow you because it says invalid phone number, but you received the code already and typed it down, go to the main page and try to log in. I don't know if it works for you but it worked for me. I hope this helps.
3 stars: I have registered last year and but have forgotten my password. I have tried many times to change my password to have my visa renewed but the system does not seem to allow me to proceed. It seems that I will have to walk in to GDI next week to get some help. :(
4 stars: Turn off the wifi and use your cell signal. Kept getting an access denied message when I tried to register while connected to wifi. After that everything worked quick and smooth.
4 stars: 6 July update fixed problem where new visa EOS details would not save. 'Country of birth' still does not save though. Don't know how important that is.
