Citymapper: All Your Transport APK 10.58

5 stars: Excellent for commuting around Vancouver and the lower mainland via public transit. I've used this in London and Rome as well. It is not available in every big city but definitely worth downloading to check if it is or when traveling in an unfamiliar city. It is a smart enough app to find the most efficient way of getting from A to B with multiple route options. Right next to Google maps in my toolkit.
4 stars: Excellent routing and nice look and feel. My only critique is the walking speed: I walk MUCH faster than what the app shows, meaning that I can easily catch a train or two earlier than shown, resulting in a much shorter journey time than shown in the app. It would be great if one was able to adjust the walking speed to their individual preference somewhere so that it reflects in the journey time.
3 stars: September 2022: two stars removed for the latest update. From now, if you're trying to go somewhere by bus, you get only two choices. If you want more, you need to pay. Super annoying ads, too. A small problem is that the location is so extremely accurate that it doesn't recognise
2 stars: down from 5 to 2. what a disappointment. i understand that companies need to make money, but stripping away core features and putting them behind a paywall is a bit disgusting. had no problems with the additional features being premium, or even the ads, but this is a bit too much. if only there were another app that gave public transport and/or vehicular routin
