It has been enhanced to include more functionality designed to improve the employee experience giving them easier access to information and reducing steps and clicks. This app provides mobile capabilities to search, evaluate and order product as well as the ability to manage acehardware.com orders and more.

oView item information by entering a SKU or UPC and confirm available quantity in your RSC.
oView Item sales and purchase history.
oView item level Ace pricing information as well as competitor pricing (when available).
oBuild a basket for multiple items or quickly submit an “Express Checkout” for easy ordering.
oEnable “Multi-Store” for easy ordering across your entire chain or a subset of stores within your chain.
oEnhanced logon screen includes a Forgot Password option to reset your password.

5 stars: Use it every day. Works fairly well. Pictures used to display on Android, but will no longer work. If not for that, I would give 5 stars. Update: photo functionality has been restored-rating adjusted accordingly
5 stars: I could not get through my work day without this app.
4 stars: Not getting notifications for in store pickup after 6-19-2022 update.
3 stars: Doesn't always load customer orders like it used to. You always have to refresh and hope that they come up. Most of the time I just use the computer. It worked great for a little while but now, it's flaking out. I can't efficiently help customers if the app works when it wants to. Something needs to be done quickly.
3 stars: Really slow to load. Auto-focus when scanning barcode only sometimes works, and would be nice to have the flashlight enable option for scanning like the iOS version does. That being said, it helps me with my job.
2 stars: I don't know what happened to this app, but it has gotten much worse to use. It won't launch, it freezes, it take too long to execute a search. Fix this... Employees need this to work correctly. Remains two stars...update runs better, but the 123/ABC button is the most annoying thing I've ever seen in an app. Makes using the app extremely frustrating.
2 stars: Does the app work yes but only if I ever get a signal. For whatever reason when I open the app my server connection is almost non-existent. BUT when it works it's very reliable.
