5 stars: The WhatsApp business app is a 5 star for me except that it keeps stopping (it'll be working fine and suddenly return to home screen, repeatedly so), until I restart my device before it functions properly. I don't know what to do, can't always be restarting my phone to fix the issue. There's more than sufficient space on my device for it to function well. I need a permanent solution please.
4 stars: Both whatsapp and business is nice to use but why have channels to follow. To me its a waste of time and pointless. The feature that will be most handy and will come in very useful is if you can add both a voice note and language translator. Most of the time groups are chatting in their own languages then no one can understand them. That would be very handy and useful for all whatsapp users.
3 stars: WhatsApp is great but I feel it can be improved on. Firstly, it's now a bit of a challenge to access files when posting a status. Previously, files were arranged on WhatsApp the way it's been stored on the file folder and you could simply access a particular pic or video. Now though, pictures and videos are clustered into
2 stars: Who's the PM behind the Status feature? How do you guys not see that the current status arrangement is not user-friendly?? It's strange that you push out an update and that still isn't fixed. We want to see status arranged in order by time, not whatever this is. This is terrible. It's almost making me avoid viewing statuse
