5 stars: App seems to have gone backwards since my last review. Can't save Card details, menu UI is less easy to navigate; looks like generating sales supercedes customer experience. Also, sometimes the app just won't process the order which is very frustrating after wading through the menu UI. Maybe it's because I'm an old crusty, but for me the app could improve. (Android Moto G6 power)
3 stars: Difficult to navigate sometimes as lots of pictures and words are smaller so can get lost. When ordering a meal there is a option to add items but no option to take items off or swap items on the brekafasts. This can be an issue have you have to find a staff member to change. Due to the Covid situation this can be very awkward.
3 stars: The app is very confusing now in these difficult times. Was going for the beyond burger which included a drink for 5.99 but it did not take off the discount and was charging me £7.30 for the burger and drink. Then opted for the salad with a drink and it worked. The single spirits and doubles are very confusing and misleading. I think it needs to be a little clearer and user friendly.
3 stars: Hit and miss. Recent changes to the app force you to manually search through a list of all locations unless you decide to authorise Location permission. More often than not, you also cannot customise your order (e.g. no beans) like you can in person, which given current restrictions heavily limits what I can and cannot order. App needs some work.
