5 stars: Arrived, while waiting I did the online check in and it showed up in their system instantly. It was easy to use, and worked perfectly.
5 stars: Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. The check in option using their app is great, that way you don't have to wait long!
4 stars: Great app. The ability to add favorites is a welcome improvement. Please can you incorporate the stamp cards into the app? There are very few businesses that have not adopted this practice. (Paper cards are quickly becoming obsolete) I feel it's a great way to keep on track with current market trends. It's also more cost effective for the franchise as a whole.
4 stars: anytime you try calling it takes atleast 3 to 4 attempts to get through to someone, and their electronic check in is not always accurate. The service in store and quality are amazing though. If it wasnt so difficult to get through to someone to get an accurate booking time they would get a 5 star.
3 stars: The app works fine. It's not the greatest design of them all but it functions. However, you still can't update your profile picture, which my stylist wishes I would do because of other customers with the same name
2 stars: Every time I want to book a haircut, I need to uninstall, reinstall, and login again. Otherwise, it just gets stuck in loading screen. Once reinstalled, app works great.
