3 stars: It's a good app, however I keep losing my points for some reason. Everytime I love in iv lost at least 200 point. And if been collecting for 2 years now had around 4000 points and one day all were gone and had to start again very frustrated. I'm back to 1700 points no way of recovering the lost points yet. Tried contacting customers service but it won't go through.
3 stars: The app itself is great. However the change to the points system is very disappointing. The ammount you have to spend on diapers to have enough point to cash in for an item is quite high compared to what it used to be. It would actually be much cheaper to just purchase the item yourself.
3 stars: The points are decent amounts and often Pampers offers a 2x the points for holidays and other occasions. However, the amount of points required to obtain free items is outrageous. I have twins so I'm often adding codes and over the past 2 years I have only had enough points to obtain 1 product. The app itself runs well with little to no glitches and products scan well too. Overall I'm a satisfied consumer.
3 stars: It didn't give me the cash back, even though I gave 3 codes in the 14 days. Otherwise, it's OK. Requires a lot of points for any useful reward, but it's nice to be rewarded for purchases I need anyway.
