5 stars: I had to change the test strip I use because I got a new meter to use with a new pump. The app made it easy to order the straps and get a new script and sign for auto refill every 90 days. Awesome!
5 stars: I really like this app. User friendly, easy to navigate. I especially like the reminder feature, my memory isn't what it used to be \u0026 now I don't miss ordering refills
3 stars: Our phone connection is not good where I live. Hard to get info on in ten seconds. Fingers are too stiff. Plus if my meds come up zero cost, why do I have to enter a credit card number??? Don't like putting it out there when there isn't any reason too. Just saying..
3 stars: It's a little confusing to figure out at first and difficulty in figuring out how to order meds and how to get them auto refill. Also I entered my account for auto pay and yet I keep getting you have a balance owing. Could be more friendly for not so technically minded people like me.

5 stars: So far it is good. I'm Just getting started with them. It needs the option of adding a Dr. If you have one that isn't listed. I like the home delivery, but everything doesn't come all at the same time, which is what I need, but I will have to wait and see. It also needs the option to correct and address for the Dr. If he has relocated and the address didn't change. Other than that it's working great.
