4 stars: Zen Mode is helpful to enable one to force themselves to put down their phone. Only emergency phone calls are supported when it's running. So It's more strict than Apple screen time as it cannot be overridden once enabled, even with a reboot. It's also system wide, and cannot be applied granularly, by exempting specific apps, again as Apple screen time can do. I've found that Zen Mode is a useful tool.
3 stars: It's a solid app but lacks a couple things: first, when I open the app through its notification, it doesn't let me set the duration of the break and just uses my last setting; second, you can't find it in the app drawer, so the only option you have left is to open through the Playstore. Both problems are quite frustrating, which doesn't really help me achieve Zen. Will gladly change this to 5 stars if the problems get fixed.
5 stars: Experience was seamless, minimalist and straightforward - more phones should have this. If there was a feature I would like added, it would be the ability to have certain sounds (waterfall, thunderstorm, caf\u00e9, forest, etc.) as white noise.
