The OneNUHS App is a mobile healthcare app solution that aims to empower, engage and enable patients to manage and take charge of their health. Developed by the National University Health System (NUHS) and Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS) Pte Ltd, users will be able to access health information and services across the following NUHS institutions:
•National University Hospital
•Ng Teng Fong General Hospital
•Alexandra Hospital
•Jurong Community Hospital
•National University Polyclinics
•National University Heart Centre, Singapore
•National University Cancer Institute, Singapore
•National University Centre for Oral Health, Singapore
•Jurong Medical Centre

Patients will be able to:
•Manage their appointments and receive notifications for appointment reminders
•Register on the go and check their queue status
•Request for medication refills or top-ups
•Purchase and download their medical reports directly from the app
•View and make payment for outstanding bills
•Access the app using biometric data such as fingerprint and facial recognition
•Link to ‘MyInfo’ in Singpass for a more convenient set up of ‘My Profile’
•Pre-fill appointment and medication request forms with their contact details once ‘My Profile’ has been set up
•Enable caregiver consent to access functions of the app

3 stars: A bit wonky, but fantastic when it's working. Accurate reflection of queue status for appointments so you know when your turn is coming up. Poor appointment making system. Have to check one day by one day instead of showing all available slots within the booking period. End up still have to call hotline
5 stars: Love the app. Easy to navigate the interface, and can even see itemised bill immediately after paying, unlike HealthHub. Well done!
5 stars: Good user experience after using it for appointment booking, registration, monitoring queue status, follow up appointments management and payment. This app allows me to cut time spent in the clinic to the minimum. :)
3 stars: Since nobody can guarantee the security of the apps, to avoid complications payment wise direct pay't to the counter is the fastest n most safe ways for elderly person, unless deduction from Medisave.
3 stars: Apps indicate queue number can be registered 1hour before appt time but seems its not working for NTFGH. It works perfectly fine with NUH bkgs. ....??????
