4 stars: I use this app to check train times for when I'm going somewhere I will find out when I have to be back at the station, this is good for that but I haven't tried buying tickets which many people complain about in. There is an £5 add free upgrade which I haven't bought because they don't bother me as there are no pop ups. Overall a good app.
3 stars: There is an issue. When I search for a route then there does not appear to be an option to start a new search, its locked in!!
4 stars: I've found it pretty good overall. My own experience is that it has improved over time, but I'm not a very regular user these days!
5 stars: It has always been correct, and has really been useful on my way to and from college. Great app!
3 stars: Good and bad. Doesn't recall previous searches well. Not intuitive. Planning feature good.
3 stars: When it work, great. But a bit flakey; keeps shutting down
5 stars: Latest update in July 2020 seems to have fixed the widget and other location based issues...all appears to be back to normal again.
4 stars: Very helpful but wish it was easier to access ticket prices
4 stars: A good tickets and schedule app, but there is some stiff competition out there.
3 stars: Why do the times of the trains not align properly on the phone? Make the font smaller! Come on guys, surely you can fix this relatively easily...🙄
4 stars: This app is much improved and in my experience gives accurate travel information
