I experienced problem in this app and the Disney+ support team gave their 100% effort to solve my problem. Im really happy and satisfied with their customer service. Super thumbs up! 4 stars: The contents are great there is a lot of movies, series, etc. To choose from. The sad thing is the UI I hope the developers can add edit subtitle designs since when it comes to the TV app its seems so hard to read to subs due to the default colors.
4 stars: Content is great, lots of old shows that I loved watching are here. I wish that there is an option for play speed when binge watching or when re watching series' with lots of seasons. I've un-installed, installed several times because downloaded episodes don't play. 😔 It says, it's a problem with network connection, but even after changing to mobile data, it doesn't play. Did I mention the episode was already downloaded? Please fix.
3 stars: It has very limited amount of good, new content. I also have a problem with the chat heads (or any thing displaying over the app. When there's a Messenger chat head, and you play a video, it won't show you a video sometimes, just the audio. The volume indicator also won't show up sometimes. I also hope in downloading, it will give us more options other than HD or Data Saver—hope it to be more specific like 360p,
