5 stars: a surprisingly good, useful, and intuitive app. automatically adds tracking of your parcels, which I love. provides access to other services of you need them.
4 stars: occasionally the parcel arrives before the notification but over all it is fantastic. All other carriers need to catch up to ausposts superior level of notifications. I work in logistics so I am more than qualified to compare.
4 stars: This app is quite good. So long as you have a tracking number and it has been scanned into Australia Post's system you can follow your expected package, get notified of its impending arrival, choose if it gets left in a safe place at your home,in a locker or @ a post office. It has only crashed once since I started using it but that was due to a problem elsewhere in the system not user error. On the whole a decent App.
5 stars: Excellent app once it's all set up correctly. Highly recommend people use this app, especially when we all get so many spam messages about fake auspost delivery issues. This will help you eliminate that issue as all mail and packages notifications come directly via this app and you can ignore the spam messages altogether.
3 stars: Only have few wks of tracking history. Not helpful for warranty when delivery took a month or more \u0026 proof of delivery date can mean the diff of a refund/repair or nothing. Not always up to date. Many tracking status updates missing. Next to no information in where the item came from (sender).
