5 stars: The app quality is good overall but if y'all can develop something that allows us users to connect and access to it even when we're away from our homes, that would be the biggest breakthrough of this app. Looking forward for it to happen! (I said that because we've been having a hard time monitoring what happens at home sincw we need to connect to a common or same wifi network. So I hope there'll be improvements to come.)
4 stars: App works fine on my Pixel , can't find settings option to reverse pan and tilt on latest update, did you remove this option? If so , can you please put it back, it is useful. Haven't been able to get motion detection alarm to work but I could be doing something wrong. Overall a good app, thank-you.
4 stars: The app is not very user friendly for the first installation. others are in good condition. Suggestions for improvement: 1. put 1 private button in the app to make it easier for users to close or open the camera. 2. Alarm notification to the user in voice or silent mode. user can choose the mode.
3 stars: A good app for the cameras but would be better if you could allow more than 1 device to login on the same account. Also get rid of the
3 stars: Had to reset the camera today cos app wouldn't connect but now it keeps failing configuration process. My internet is very fast so I don't think that's what causes it to fail. The camera network disconnects so it won't allow me to connect to the camera this time. Please fix. I
