3 stars: I loved this app in the beginning. It was great! Now, though, I'm trying to add a city and it won't let me. Don't know if its the app or my phone, but its very frustrating!
5 stars: Nice App for weather forecasting and heavy rains alerts.
3 stars: Too hard to read. too much going on on each screen. should be more of a snapshot summary rather them an exhaustive and detailed weather report.
