4 stars: Love the characters and events. Have issues with collecting chronitons daily though. Kind of expensive too. I have been playing for years but I have never won a character from the Dabo wheel. Lots of ship schematics, but no characters! All in all I do like it very much.
5 stars: Love the Star Trek universe and all its various series. This game provides a plausible scenario that allows all characters from all iterations to be played, providing endless permutations of game play. The frequent updates and upgrades keep making this game better and better.
5 stars: Damn fun game, but tired of needing to wait to play. Please get rid of that feature for needing crystals or wtv to play. If it weren't for that, It's a solid game.
3 stars: On and off player for a couple years now. Playing can be enjoyable, but the excessive monatization is really bad. The premium currency has way too little purchasing value compared to its cost. That said, as long as you are ready to get stomped by people who have bought their way to power anytime you face off against other players it can be a decent time waster.

There are things that aren't properly explained, like inventory limits which can get frustrating when you have a whole bunch of really good things and suddenly they start disappearing..
