3 stars: It seems that the last update removed the alarm settings from the app without warning. The app just lost an important feature for me.
4 stars: Features do need to improve, but they pay artists better than any other service.
3 stars: Some music, artists, album simply doesn't exists. Gif for playlist doesn't work (you can't search). Shuffle is weird and give you the same song over and over. You need to improve that but at least the songs are in good quality and you can easily access to your playlist + the no connection mode work well.
5 stars: Really enjoying this music app. So many tracks available including music not on the other services. Really stoked to see the new app coming soon with vr gigs! Keep up the good work!!

Coming from Apple music your get decent quality for louder volume where as Napster u have to have low quality to get a decent volume for 9.99 a month to compete they will really have to solve this as to compete with other services the quality and volume ratio needs to be solved cancelled trial and stayed with Apple music just better value for money
