I can get contact details in all forms and get answered very quickly and professionally and always get the help I required. Most useful when I need to buy that gift for someone and I'm excessively busy. Very handy tool for me, life saver.

4 stars: I find your app a bit on the slow side to be honest. Also when I use 'my account ' to make a payment or find out how much I need to pay, all I can see is past order details.
3 stars: I second what others said. The basket often cannot be accessed from the app. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, it's frustrating. I have noticed that it fixes when I completly kill the app. Also the wish list doesn't work sometimes. It just needs removing all these bugs and will be good.
3 stars: I accidentally ordered something but there's no way you can cancel it unless you phone on same day we'll you shut at 6 so I couldn't do it . It would be better that you had an option to cancel most other online retailers let you cancel accidents happen please can someone take this on board
