The Good Beer Guide APP APK 1.3.6

3 stars: It has very good information but a few annoying traits in operation. It seems to assume that you'll want pub info from you current location. You can give it a town name or post code but that bit is clunky, requiring more key presses than should be necessary. If you move onto another app or screen for any reason, when you return to this app it's sent you back to the front page, so you have to reselect your town of interest all over again.
3 stars: Disappointed that the app hasn't moved forward any since it first came out. Needs a section where you can find pubs that will offer a discount to members with the card. Not able to import my details from last time I subscribed to the app so I've had to start a fresh.
4 stars: Not as user friendly as the old app. I like to put a place name in and find a pub. This app doesn't produce the detail I want so easily. It means I use it less and I may unsubscribe as a consequence. That will be a pity.
4 stars: Good to have the functionality of both the GBG and WhatPub in the same place. However when beer scoring it's a pity that you don't have the same way of selecting the brewery as you do in WhatPub, ie type the first letters and you get a choice of breweries.
4 stars: Stabilising the date wheel when editing my profile pubs and beers can be an annoying problem. Intrepid brewery, near Sheffield, beers are well out of date, they relate to the previous owner about 3 years ago!
